REPORT OF THE NOMINATING COMMITTEE

The nominating committee hereby nominates the following individuals to serve as members of the Board of Directors for a three (3) year term to commence January 1, 2003 ending on December 31, 2005.

Althea Schwartz, FSA, Consulting Actuary, Milliman, USA.

The Board acknowledges the contributions of Gerald Paradis, CPA, Partner, Scully & Wolf, LLP and one of the Founding Members for his contributions to the establishment and development of the Connecticut Public Pension Forum.

The Board also acknowledges the contribution of Kathleen Clarke, Finance Director Town of Darien, who has served on the Board for the past year.
